How does billing work if my identity count changes?
Billing is based on your identity count at the time of each billing cycle. If your count grows into a lower-rate tier (2,501–10,000 or 10,001+), your per-identity rate drops automatically. We'll notify you of any changes before the next invoice.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or charities?

Is my data secure? Where is it stored?
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We store everything in UK-based data centres (AWS London region). We're Cyber Essentials certified, ICO registered (ZC031428), and working towards ISO 27001 ISMS certification. We never sell your data. Ever.
