Common Questions

Is the 40% discount really forever?
Yes. Even if we raise prices to £1,000/month in the future, you'll pay £300. Even if we get acquired and the new owner wants to change pricing, your contract says £300/mo. Forever means forever.
What if I want to upgrade to a higher tier?
You keep the 40% discount. So if you move from Professional (normally £500) to Enterprise (normally £1,000), you'd pay £600/mo instead of £1,000. The discount applies to whatever tier you're on.
Can I cancel if it's not working out?
Yes, same as any subscription. Cancel anytime, no penalty. But if you cancel and want to come back later, you come back at regular pricing (no more 40% off). Founder's Circle is one-time only.
How much time commitment is expected?
Minimal. Quarterly feature votes take 5 minutes. Training sessions are optional. The Slack channel is there if you need it, but no pressure to be active daily. We value quality feedback over quantity.
Why not just offer the lifetime license at £8,000?
Different value propositions. Lifetime is "pay once, own forever" for people who want to avoid recurring costs. Founder's Circle is "pay monthly, shape the product" for people who want ongoing partnership. Pick whichever fits your needs—or do both!
What if I don't get accepted?
We're not picky—we just want to make sure expectations align. If it's not a fit for Founder's Circle, we'll recommend the best alternative option for your needs (software subscription, lifetime license, or professional services).
